I’m Jenna.

I’m Certified Sleep Consultant and Lactation Counselor, Certified Sleep Science and Stress Management Coach and - most importantly - mom of three boys. My mission is to help you feel empowered, confident and encouraged through the implementation of sleep improvement strategies for both your children AND yourselves so that you can lead a happier, healthier and brighter life.

Whether that means overcoming the 4-month sleep regression, lengthening short naps, getting your baby sleeping through the night, transitioning your toddler into a big kid bed successfully or night weaning, I have a strategy for you.

After leaving the corporate world as a project manager, my first son’s sleep (or lack thereof) became my project. I needed to fix it. For him AND for me. Lack of sleep has been attributed to emotional outbursts, depression, anxiety, poor decision-making, rage and more. Sound familiar?
