My primary goal is to support you by implementing the method that works best for you and your family. Every family is different and every child is different. There is no one right way to do things, so let’s create a plan that works for you. Don’t let the idea that there is only one way to do things scare you from teaching your child the skill of sleep.
Whether that’s setting the foundations in the newborn period, overcoming the 4-month sleep regression, lengthening short naps, encouraging baby to sleep through the night, transitioning your toddler to a big-kid bed or even managing challenging toddler behaviors, I’ve got a remedy for you.

Available in and around Metrowest Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Rate increase may apply for travel more than 30 minutes each way.
